Rabbits ARBA registered Rabbitry #X167 |

We currently have Mini Lops, French Lops, a English Lop, and Harlequins. We also are co-owning some American Fuzzy Lops with Brianna Forgie of Grande Prarie. I would like to add a few more breeds in the future, but right now I am concentrating on the breeds that I do have. We have only had the purebred rabbits since 2004, but I have had rabbits as long as I can remember. Just not this many as I currently have capacity for about 80 rabbits if I had all the cages full. We are as active as possible in showing our rabbits, we are limited to how many shows we can attend just by the sheer distance from sanctioned shows. I have done fairly well at the shows I have attended though it is more credited to the breeders of some of the fine animals I do have, I wouldn't be anywhere without them. We do try to attend at least 3-4 shows a year. I would like to in the future go for my Registrar license for the rabbits and I really would like go for my cavy registrar. My girls are active helpers with the rabbits. They each have their rabbits and help do the chores of feeding and watering. They have been showing and seem to enjoy it as well, though I think the visiting part is one thing that they really enjoy. They also do love getting a ribbon or two! Samantha, is my youngest daughter and has shown a variety of breeds. Though in February she found her breed. She loves the Harlequin breed and they are all her rabbits. She has definately found the breed for her in them, but the cavies do catch her eye as well. So I could see her showing them in the future if her interest in them continues. Anna, my oldest daughter, is not quite as specialized. She shows either Mini Lops or if something happpens to catch her eye. I have noticed that anything she likes is a broken color and that all of her rabbits are broken in color. We are members of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, American Harlequin Rabbit Club, American Blue and White Rabbit Club, and Lop Club of America(French and English Lops). I need to join the Mini LopRabbit Club of America and re-join the American Cavy Breeders Assocation.
